We use DHL Express for all shipments. Orders are processed within 2 business days of placement.

Refund and Exchange Policy
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds can take some time to appear.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
